Hello, I’m so pleased to welcome you here.
I’m Isasouri, a wedding and portrait photographer drawn to elegance, light, emotion, and the art of beautifully lived moments.
“Isasouri” was born from the first syllables of my first name, Isabelle, and my maiden name, Souriment.
Based in the Gers, in Gascony, often called the French Tuscany and available throughout France and worldwide, I photograph destination weddings and portraits with a signature blend of authenticity and refinement.
My approach combines documentary storytelling with an editorial aesthetic, resulting in timeless, sophisticated imagery that captures the atmosphere, beauty, and emotional depth of your story.

My Story
Who am I?
England
At 14, I started photographing without film to train my eye and learn framing. At 16, I spent hours in the darkroom, fascinated by the magic of black and white. At 18, I moved to England, drawn to underground music and freedom of thought.
At 20, I had my first reportage in The Observer on prison suicides. These experiences shaped my approach, combining photojournalism and art, with a focus on marginalized people and nature in all its forms.
I spent 12 years in England, a country that enriched me through encounters, studies, and artistic experiences.
Gers and Brittany
In 2020, after a long trip to India, I randomly landed in Toulouse, then moved to Gers, where I met Pascal, my husband and an artist. Brittany, my birthplace (Brest, Trézien, Le Conquet), remains a strong source of inspiration: wild, sincere, and poetic.
Photography, My Passion
Losing my father and sister during my adolescence pushed me to freeze time and capture emotions, building a poetic memory. Since then, photography has become my great love, a way to see, think, and share the beauty of life.
My Artistic and Professional Journey
After a career in hair and beauty in France and at Harrods in London, I pursued photography and fine arts studies in London: London College of Printing, then at l’Université de Bournemouth, followed by studies in Goldsmiths, University of London, where I obtained a bachelor’s degree with mention.
I have exhibited as a visual artist, photographed artworks for Christie’s, worked as a photojournalist, and am also a member of Hans Lucas. Today, I create portraits, corporate reports, and specialize in weddings in France and internationally.
My Philosophy
My path has allowed me to combine art, sensitivity, and technique. Every session is a story to tell, a unique moment to capture. My goal is to create timeless images that reflect your emotions and authenticity.
